It sounds dramatic to call a massage life-changing, but Brooke's facial massage truly has been for me. For years I suffered from chronic jaw clenching that caused debilitating pain and terrible facial swelling. I'd tried many different approaches before finally finding Brooke, and so grateful I did! I truly consider her a healthcare practitioner, because what she does is healing. She's incredibly knowledgeable and always knows exactly which areas to focus on and techniques to use to alleviate my pain. At my first session she immediately recognized my symptoms, and after treatment my pain was gone almost overnight.
Within a few sessions, my flare-ups became less frequent, and after nearly three years of seeing her, I'm in a completely different place. I rarely experience pain anymore, and my face has finally returned to its natural shape rather than the puffy, swollen version I'd gotten used to. I swear, after every session my face looks dramatically less puffy and more lifted. And most importantly, I feel calm and happy.
Her space is clean and peaceful, with every detail thoughtfully considered to create the most relaxing experience. I can't recommend Brooke enough.
