CANCELLATION POLICY

 

WE REQUIRE AT LEAST A 24-HOUR ADVANCE NOTICE OF RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION. You will be charged in full if you reschedule or cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Services booked less than 24 hours in advance cannot be canceled or rescheduled. Any service canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

LATE ARRIVALS. We understand that delays may occur and we will use our best efforts to accommodate you when possible. If not possible, you will be charged the full amount of the booked appointment.

OUT-CALL SERVICES. You will be charged in full if you reschedule or cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Services booked less than 24 hours in advance cannot be canceled or rescheduled. If a massage therapist has already been dispatched to your location or if you are not present at the given address when the nurse arrives, you will be charged the full amount of the booked appointment plus fees.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE. ITEMS MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN YOU RECEIVED THEM. ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. 

 

Please note that receipt and proof of purchase must be provided with all return requests.

 

Sale items and Gift Cards are exempt from return policies and may not be refunded. However, gift card balances may be transferred upon request.
